Acceptance

These terms govern your use of Dubai Car Index at dubaicarindex.com, including its MCP server. Using the site means you accept them. If you do not, do not use the site.

We may revise these terms. The date above marks the last substantive revision; continued use after a revision is acceptance of it.

What this site is

Dubai Car Index publishes what cars in Dubai should cost: UAE new-car list prices by trim, modelled used values by model year and mileage, rental rates and repair costs. Every list price carries its source and the date it was last checked; every modelled figure is labelled as one and explained on the methodology page.

It is a reference guide. It is not a dealer, a rental company, a garage, a valuer or a lender, and it does not sell, buy, rent or repair cars.

Not a valuation, an offer or financial advice

A used value here is a model built from a list price and a depreciation curve, not an inspection of a specific car and not a record of sales. Rental and repair figures are bands built from published quotes. None of them is an offer from anyone, and nothing here is financial advice or a recommendation to buy a particular car.

Inspect the car, check its RTA history and confirm the price with the seller, rental company or garage before you pay.

Accuracy and limits of the data

List prices come from brands' UAE distributors and other public sources named on each page, with the date each was checked. Modelled figures follow the method and parameters published on the methodology page.

We do not warrant that any figure is complete, current or free of error. Brands change prices and trims without notice, dealers discount and add options, and a model is only as good as the inputs behind it.

Quote requests

If you ask for dealer offers, rental quotes or repair quotes through a form on this site, we pass your request to a business that can answer it. Any quote, booking, purchase or payment is between you and that business, on its terms, not ours. A business listed or linked here is not endorsed by us.

AI assistants

You can connect an AI assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT to our MCP server. The assistant reads the same figures the site shows. We do not control how an assistant summarises, combines or presents them, and we are not responsible for what it says. Check figures against the linked page before relying on them.

Acceptable use

You may read, cite and link to anything published here. You may not:

• scrape, crawl or call the MCP server at a rate or volume that degrades the service for others, or in circumvention of robots.txt or published rate limits
• republish the prices or any substantial extract of them as a competing dataset or product
• present our modelled figures as market prices or official valuations, or as your own research
• attempt to access non-public parts of the service, share account credentials, or interfere with its operation

Intellectual property

Brand names and published price lists belong to their owners. The index itself — the selection, the models, the written explanations, the design and the code — is ours.

You may quote figures with attribution to Dubai Car Index and a link to the page they came from. Systematic reproduction needs our written permission.

Liability

The site is provided as-is and as-available, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site — including money paid for a car, a rental or a repair. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
